Cardboard outer packaging is a practical solution for grouping multiple products or smaller boxes into a single, easy-to-handle packaging unit. The right construction can simplify storage, handling, distribution and transportation.

At Sz.Variáns, custom outer packaging can be manufactured according to the quantity, dimensions and weight of the products as well as logistical requirements. Cardboard constructions can include self-locking, opening, and one- or multi-point glued boxes.

For higher loads, outer packaging can also be produced from corrugated or laminated corrugated board. Sz.Variáns works with E- and B-flute materials, while sheet lamination can be used to create structures with up to three-layer corrugated board. The appropriate flute type and construction depend on box dimensions, total product weight, stacking requirements and transport conditions.

Outer packaging can be produced in plain or custom printed versions. Logos, product identification, barcodes, handling information and branded graphics can be added to the surface.

Cardboard boxes are therefore suitable for secondary packaging, warehousing, distribution and transport, including applications where greater structural strength is required.
